1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Site and make purchases. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Our Services
We sell digital, in-game items for the Roblox game Grow A Garden. Items are delivered as in-game gifts to the Roblox account information you provide at checkout.
3. Payments
We accept payments via CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments (processed through Stripe).
By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
4. Final Sale & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be offered once an order is completed.
Because items are delivered digitally, you acknowledge that delivery is complete once the item has been gifted in Roblox.
5. Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or payment provider.
We maintain detailed records of all orders, IP addresses, and transaction activity to defend against fraudulent disputes.
Any chargeback attempts will result in permanent banning from our Site and may be reported to payment processors.
6. User Data & Privacy
We collect email address, IP address, and any information collected by Stripe when processing your order.
This data is used only for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and customer support.
By using our Site, you consent to this data collection.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse transactions or perform chargebacks.
Provide false account information for Roblox or payment.
Abuse, exploit, or disrupt our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Errors caused by incorrect Roblox usernames provided by the customer.
Issues within Roblox or the Roblox platform (including account bans or restrictions).
Losses or damages resulting from misuse of purchased items.
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of your order.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Delivery Policy
Product listings state an estimated delivery time of 10 minutes.
Fast delivery is only available during our active delivery hours (EST):
Weekends (Saturday – Sunday): 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST
Business Days (Monday – Friday): 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
If you place an order outside these hours, delivery may be delayed until the next active delivery period.
By purchasing, you agree to these delivery terms and acknowledge that orders made outside active hours will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
